At North Texas Neurology & Neuropathy, it is our desire to provide you with timely, quality care. In order to do so, please arrive on time and to make every scheduled appointment. We feel it is important for you to understand our policy as it relates to cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.

NEW PATIENTS

Please be sure that you have completed the online New Patient Forms. If you have accessed this, please let the office know when you make the appointment. This early arrival allows our staff to efficiently perform its task of registering you into our systems.

FOLLOW-UP VISITS

For follow-up visits, we ask that you arrive on time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be moved to a work-in status or rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have a scheduled appointment time and need to reschedule or cancel, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will gladly reschedule you a more convenient appointment time.

EMERGENCIES

In an emergency, it is best to go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital. The emergency room staff will contact us or the physician on call.
