She is not a Doctor who cares for her patients. She is cold, rude and dismissive. The worst doctor visit i have ever experienced. May I also add the TV in the lobby was on and was showing a movie that was having a sex scene playing out loud volume on. The office energy was not welcoming nor were the attendants. Devanshi asked questions that had nothing to do with my reason for being there. I would stay far away from this office. She needs her licensed pulled. I should have left from my first interaction with the check in lady. This Doctor retaliated after my initial review. In my medical record she lied and said I cursed her. Never did. She said I was screaming at her. No I over talked her because she asked me to tell her what happened from the beginning. During me talking she'd interrupt and said No that didn't happen, then cut me off before I finished. My mom just passed a week prior. Dealing with my medical situation and thinking she is the Dr that will resolve my issue and then be talked to in the manner she did was over my emotional capacity. My mom would not tolerate this. I told this so called Dr to give me grace as I was trying to answer her, but she being condescending and arrogant with stern directive behavior. I responded with letting her know she was RUDE. She did not like my push back. She did not ask me to leave because of my so called behavior as I did nothing to warrant it. This is what she wrote in her patient termination letter I received after she read my review. During my appointment She said "I dont know why they sent you here, I guess I can schedule you a nerve test". Told me to go to the front to schedule an appt and email her all my tests and records from other doctors. I walked to front desk, asked for business card and told them they were rude and left. This Devanshi person is a liar using her medical pen. You need to change my medical record as I never cursed you. I will be reporting you to the medical board and have them investigate your practice and patient history. You seem to have a pattern.

I was promised by the doctor that my URGENT results would be sent to my primary neurologist for review the next business day. I thought I had impressed upon them how important this was but apparently they just don’t care at all. I’m at WEEK THREE and still no testing results my referral neurologist’s hands from this office. The doctor at this office seems professional but their front office is completely incompetent. Every time I call, reception doesn’t know who I am or where my testing paperwork is or if it has been sent or what even the fax number that they were already supposed to use is. I’m paying a game of telephone literally every single week. Organization at this office is extremely unprofessional, unproductive, and unacceptable. I guess I am going to have to show up in person and sit there until I get a confirmation that my test is in my referring physician hands. Completely ridiculous. I would give the front office admin staff 0 stars if I could since I am basically having to do their job for them.

Dr. Gupta & her staff are - hands down - providers of the BEST care I’ve ever received at a doctor’s office! They are the kindest, warmest group and they strive to make every patient feel as though they are the only one. They take time to really listen and they have gone above and beyond more than once to make sure I have the meds and care I need to help prevent and control my painful migraines. I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this practice.

I was at Dr. Gupta's office yesterday at 2pm when this person Joe C. the guy who just left 1 star regarding his experience, showed up at their office. I was already in one of the exam rooms, and this guy, JOE C. came up to receptionist window and IMMEDIATELY began SCREAMING unlike anything I had seen before!!! His argument made ZERO sense, but he continued screaming for a solid 10 minutes. I even came out of the exam room into the hallway, because I could not believe the insanity of all this!! Dr.Gupta and her staff all remained calm as this man then began threatening violence. Once they got on the phone with 911, Mr. JOE C. ran out of there. My friend who was waiting in my car saw him run into his red Ford truck and speed off. So Mr. JOE C. ... the Allen police are looking out for you. Apparently you want to spend some "quiet" time in jail. I would LOVE to say what I REALLY think about this guy, but I don't think I'm allowed to diagnose Mr. JOE C. on this format. So Mr. JOE C. you not only threatened the incredibly nice women working there trying to do their jobs on a Thursday, but you threatened ME too. You want to spend all your time discrediting this office, then I will be there 1 step behind to discredit YOU, Joe. Mr. Joe C. you have obviously missed the rule book on "How To Behave in Society". Shame on you Mr. JOE C.

1/2 a star if I could give it! Office Manager and Physicians Assistant were rude and kept asking for a referral and I told them one was not required by my insurance and I just wanted to schedule an appointment. They hung up me twice and told me to seek care elsewhere. After I got a referral they continued to be rude and hung up again. I showed up the following day in person to give the doctor an opportunity to apologize for her front office’s behavior but she declined. Thus, a formal complaint to the Texas Medical Board was submitted, emails and voice mails was left with the Texas Neurological Society. Next are reviews and comments to local Facebook clubs and various messages being sent to LinkedIn members belonging to the Texas Neurological Society.
